Independent Effectiveness Study
Independent Evaluation Reports have now been completed on several approved test sites of the LightGuard System with compelling data indicating positive driver reactions to this type of in-roadway warning system. The most recent evaluation studies were funded by the State of California-Office of Traffic Safety and the Federal Highway Administration in conjunction with the University of North Carolina Highway Safety Research Center. The report contains before and after evaluation data along with findings and recommendations for the use of this type of device.
